At Weedz® , our mission is simple: to ensure your products reach you safely and quickly . We work with the Brazilian postal service (Correios) for deliveries throughout Brazil and, for some areas of Rio de Janeiro , we also offer express delivery via motorcycle courier .

How to calculate shipping costs and delivery time.

The price and delivery time vary depending on the zip code and the number of items in your order.

Please check before finalizing your purchase:

1. Add the products to your cart.
2. Enter the delivery zip code.
3. The system will automatically display the available shipping options and the estimated delivery time.

Track your delivery

Orders shipped via the Post Office

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email. This code will also be available in the "My Account" section within 24 hours of shipment .

Orders via Motorcycle Courier (Express Delivery RJ)

Because it's a direct delivery, this option doesn't have online tracking .
But relax — your order will arrive within the timeframe indicated at checkout .

Delivery Times

• Deliveries are made within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase .

• If there is no one to receive the package, the postal service will make up to 3 delivery attempts .

• After the unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order is returned to our distribution center .

⚠️ Important:
The delivery time starts counting from the moment the order is shipped , not from the moment the purchase is finalized.

📅 Delivery times:
Monday to Friday, during business hours .
In some regions, the postal service also delivers on Saturdays .

Delivery can be made to third parties , provided they sign the proof of receipt .

Express Delivery (Motorcycle Courier) — available for Rio de Janeiro

When finalizing your purchase, please provide your zip code to check the availability of this option.

• Orders placed before 12 PM (on business days): same-day delivery.

• Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the next business day .

Fast, safe and direct delivery.

Delivery Restrictions

In some regions, the postal service applies restrictions on direct delivery (areas with controlled access, rural areas, among others).

Pick up at a post office.

If the tracking indicates that your order is available for pickup , follow these steps:

1. Go to the unit indicated.

2. Bring the tracking code and a photo ID .

3. The order will be available for 7 consecutive days .

Involuntary return (Postal Service)

If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address , incomplete zip code , or the recipient's absence , reshipment will be subject to a new shipping fee . In these situations, we will contact you to confirm the address and send reshipment instructions.
