At Weedz® , your satisfaction is our priority. That's why we guarantee a simple, fast, and transparent exchange and return process.

How to make an exchange

Before requesting your exchange, please check that the order meets the following conditions:

  • The maximum period to request an exchange is 7 calendar days after receiving the order.
  • The product must be in perfect condition and without signs of use, that is, in the same conditions as when you received it.
  • We do not offer free exchanges for items purchased on sale — in these cases, shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Step by step exchange:

  1. After your request is approved, you will receive a Postage Authorization in your email for free shipping via the Post Office.
  2. Pack the product in a box or secure envelope, ensuring that there are no signs of use .
  3. Post at a post office.

After receiving the product, it will undergo an internal analysis within 3 business days . If approved:

  • A gift card for the exchange amount will be issued so you can make a new purchase in the store.
  • The gift card is valid for 1 year and can only be used on our official website: www.useweedz.com.br

Defective products

If you identify any manufacturing defect in the product, follow the instructions below:

  • Within 7 days of receipt: Access the link and fill in the information: useweedz.troque.app.br
  • After 7 days: Contact our customer service team directly through our official channels.

Analysis process for defective products:

  1. The product will be analyzed upon receipt.
  2. If the manufacturing defect is confirmed , a gift card will be issued for a new order in our store.
  3. If misuse of the product is found, it will be returned to the customer and reshipping costs will be charged.

Return due to regret

If you wish to return the product due to withdrawal or regret , you have up to 7 calendar days after receipt to make the request.

Step by step guide to return:

  1. A Postage Authorization will be sent to you so you can make the return free of charge.
  2. Make sure the product shows no signs of use .
  3. After receiving and approving the analysis, we will proceed with refunding the amount paid .

Refund methods:

  • Credit card: The refund will be made directly to the invoice.
  • PIX: You will be asked for your CPF and bank details to make the refund.

The deadline for processing the refund is up to 5 business days .
