That's why we've created an easy, fast, and hassle-free exchange and return process.

How to request an exchange

Before starting the process, please check if your request meets the following conditions:

  • The deadline to request an exchange is up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

  • The item must be in perfect condition , with no signs of use and all original tags attached.

  • Items purchased on sale can be exchanged, but the shipping costs (both sending and return) are the customer's responsibility.

Step-by-step exchange process

  1. After your request is approved, you will receive a Postage Authorization via email for free shipping through the Post Office .

  2. Pack the product in a secure box , ensuring it shows no signs of use.

  3. Mail it at any post office .

  4. After receiving it, we will conduct an internal analysis (within 3 business days) .

If everything is correct:
We will issue a voucher for the value of the product for you to use on a new purchase on the website. The voucher is valid for 1 year and can only be used on our official website: www.useweedz.com.br

Defective products

  • If the product has any manufacturing defects , please follow the instructions below:

    • Within 7 days of receipt:
      Request it via this link: useweedz.troque.app.br

    • After 7 days:
      Contact our support team through official Weedz® channels .

Analysis process for defective products:

  • The item will be evaluated as soon as it arrives at our distribution center.

    • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, you will receive a voucher for the same value as the product.

    • If misuse is identified, the product will be returned and the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Return due to buyer's remorse

Changed your mind? That's okay, it happens.
You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return and receive a refund of the amount paid.

How it works:

  1. You will receive a Return Postage Authorization via email for free return shipping.

  2. Send the product back unused , in secure packaging.

  3. After receiving and approving the analysis, we will process the refund .

Refund methods:

  • Credit card: refund directly to your statement (within 5 business days).

  • PIX: We will request your bank details for the refund (up to 5 business days after review).
