We want you to be satisfied with the products you purchased from our store. Therefore, we offer the option to exchange or return your order within 7 days of receiving the product at your address.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the product for a different model, color, or size, please follow the instructions below:
  1. The product must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use, meaning it should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. Send an email to contato@useweedz.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the exchange.
  3. Wait for our response with instructions and a prepaid shipping label to return the product at no additional cost.

Returns

If you regret your purchase and wish to return the product, please follow the instructions below:
