Shipping and Delivery
At Weedz® , we ensure that your products reach you safely and quickly. We work with the Brazilian Post Office for deliveries throughout Brazil, in addition to offering the option of express delivery via Motoboy in selected areas of Rio de Janeiro.
How to calculate shipping and delivery time
- Shipping time and cost vary depending on the quantity of items in the order and the destination zip code .
- To run a simulation, simply add the products to your cart and enter your zip code .
How to track my delivery
- Orders via Post Office: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code .
- The code will be available in the "My Account" section within 24 hours after sending.
- Access tracking directly through the Correios website: https://www2.correios.com.br/sistemas/rastreamento/ .
- Orders via Motorcycle Courier: This method does not allow tracking, so pay attention to the deadline informed during the purchase process.
Delivery Times
- Deliveries are made within the time frame informed at the time of purchase.
- If there is no one to receive it, up to 3 delivery attempts will be made.
- If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our office.
⚠️ Important: The delivery period starts counting from the moment the order is sent, not from the completion of the purchase.
- Deliveries take place on weekdays , during business hours . In some regions, the Post Office makes deliveries on Saturdays .
- Delivery may be made to third parties , provided that proof of receipt is signed.
Express Delivery (Motorcycle Courier)
- Check availability for your address by entering the zip code in the shopping cart.
- Orders placed on weekdays before 12pm will be delivered on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the next business day.
Delivery Restrictions
In some areas, the Post Office may apply direct delivery restrictions. To check if your zip code is subject to this condition, see:

How to withdraw from a Treatment Unit:
- Check the tracking to see which unit your order is available in.
- Go to the unit with:
- Tracking code
- Photo ID
The order will be available for collection for 7 calendar days.
Involuntary return by the Post Office
If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, the cost of resending will be borne by the customer. In this case, we will contact you to confirm the delivery address and request payment of the shipping costs.
